We've been struggling with our front lawn since moving in. New build gardens are notoriously poor and ours was no exception. The grass had been laid twice yet still wasn't taking, we'd had enough!
That's where Unreal Lawns came in. We sent an enquiry via the website and received a detailed estimate within minutes, on a Sunday no less which shows the dedication of Nick and his team.
Nick visited the next day with samples and to confirm what we wanted, sizes etc. Nick was very friendly and offered advice with no pressure, even suggesting cheaper variants of the grass Unreal supply (they're all great tbh). However being at the front of the property, we opted for the 40mm sun drenched grass and booked in asap.
Ivan and his mate (sorry I didn't get his name!) arrived on time and quickly set about the job. They worked non stop to get the job done, and what a great job it is too! Ivan is definitely a perfectionist when it comes to this job. We are well pleased with the overall job from start to finish and it has transformed the front of the house no end.
Ivan even levelled out the poorly laid artificial grass in the back garden done by another company that was all lumpy and bumpy. It is now billiards table smooth!
Anyone thinking of booking with Unreal Lawns you will not be disappointed.
Highly Recommended.

We have lived in two houses with an ‘Unreal Lawn’. Our first home had the artificial grass down for ten years before we moved and we were so impressed with how long-lasting it was that we knew we needed the same in our new property. High quality service, friendly professional staff and quick flexible service. Highly recommend Unreal Lawns.

Highly recommend Unreal Lawns! Nick has been great from start to finish, helping with any questions we had and helping with a weed issue before laying the artificial grass, he gave us different options to choose from and was really helpful throughout the whole process! When the lads came to install the grass they were professional and kept me up to date with progress, it was done within 3 days and they did an amazing job! Really happy!

I had my lawn done the other day and, honestly, I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free.
The team worked so efficiently that my daily routine wasn’t disturbed at all. In fact, if it wasn’t for the beautifully transformed lawn, I wouldn’t have known they were there! They clearly know what they’re doing and take great pride in their work.
A big thank you to all the workers for their hard work and dedication. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are not only skilled but also genuinely pleasant. They prove that being nice costs nothing but can make a huge difference.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My lawn is looking so good that I think even the neighbours are giving it admiring glances, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the grass is feeling a little proud of itself too!
Wishing the whole team continued success. Keep up the fantastic work!
Thank you from a very pleased customer x

We contacted Unreal Lawns after we were let down by another faux lawn company who left us unable to use our garden for 6 weeks. We contacted Nick and at short notice he visited us with the samples, we were very impressed with the quality.
Nick booked us in and a week later the lawn was fitted.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the lawn and the fitting.
Nick is very professional to deal with and Ivan and Luke who fitted the grass were amazing and very skilled at what they do.
Honestly if you are looking for faux lawn this is definatly the company to use.
A huge thankyou from

I rang nick last week to see if he could install some grass i had bought. Not the right way to do it, but Nick was really pleasant and helpful and managed to suggest a better way of doing the grass that saved me money ! 💰 . He then gave me a quote the same day and organised a time to fit. We are absolutely delighted with the install and special mention to the lads that stayed late to get the job done. They prepped tons of sand and fitted to a high standard ! My daughter (3yo) was so happy when ivan said it was ready for her to play ok it her face was a picture ! Thanks lads and will definitely use again and recommend to others. Full 5 star service from start to finish 👌

Absolutely over the moon with the work they did on our artificial grass. They didn’t install it originally, but after another company left us with a really poor job, they came in and completely transformed it.
They were reliable, professional, and meticulous. They also gave us really helpful advice on how to look after the grass properly, which we’d never been told before.
I honestly wish we’d used them from the beginning to fit our grass. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing, everything explained in detail, any queries we had Nick replied and explained quickly and thoroughly to put our minds at rest, there was a fair amount of digging to be done aswell as we had a load of old pebbles mixed in the mud but the job was still completed in a single day, couldn't be happier with the end result 10/10 Would highly recommend

Absolutely unreal transformation, the guys turned up at 8-30 and grafted all day in the relentless heat. I made sure I kept them hydrated with plenty of cold drinks. Left the place clean and tidy I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Cheers Nick, Ray and the guys too marks!

Why Choose a Block Paved Driveway?
Block paving remains one of the most popular choices for residential driveways, and it's easy to see why.
Durable
Correct ground preparation is one of the most important parts of any driveway installation. A properly constructed sub-base provides a strong foundation designed to cope with regular vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Low Maintenance
Block paving requires relatively little maintenance. Occasional cleaning and replacement of jointing sand can help keep your driveway looking its best.
Easy to Repair
Unlike some solid driveway surfaces, individual paving blocks can be lifted and replaced if they become damaged or access is required underneath the driveway.
Adds Kerb Appeal
A professionally installed driveway can make a huge difference to the first impression of your home, creating a clean, smart and welcoming entrance.
Groundwork Done Properly
The Foundation Matters
A great-looking driveway is only as good as the groundwork underneath it.
At Unreal Lawns, we don't believe in cutting corners on preparation.
The existing surface is excavated to the appropriate depth before the ground is prepared and a suitable compacted sub-base is installed. A laying course is then prepared before the paving blocks are individually laid, cut and finished.
Correct preparation helps minimise movement and settlement and gives your new driveway the strong foundation it needs for years of use.
Driveway Drainage
Drainage is an important consideration when installing or replacing a driveway.
We assess each project individually and can incorporate suitable drainage solutions into the installation where required.
Depending on the property and driveway design, this may include permeable paving, drainage channels or directing surface water towards a suitable permeable area within the property.
We'll discuss the appropriate solution with you as part of your quotation.
Choose Your Style
Your driveway doesn't have to look like everyone else's.
Block paving is available in a huge range of colours, sizes, textures and styles, allowing us to create a finish that works with your home.
Popular options include:
- Traditional block paving
- Contemporary paving
- Tumbled and aged-effect blocks
- Contrasting borders
- Charcoal edging
- Herringbone laying patterns
- Multiple colour combinations
Not sure what would look best?
We'll be happy to discuss different options and help you choose a paving style that complements your property.
